As a career aviator and insurance executive, Bud identified the
need to establish an independent insurance brokerage which understood

Bud’s daughter, Jennifer Montee-Heins, began working with
her father at Wings Agency when he opened the business in 1967.
When Bud retired in 1985, Jenny purchased Wings Agency. Jenny now
has over 30 years of experience in aviation insurance and is a licensed
insurance broker in 9 states..
